Lian is a JNC qualified youth worker with many years of experience managing a variety of youth focused projects as well as developing and running her own Confidence course for young women. Hannah loves a good ceilidh, looking after her cherished plants, and baking. She previously worked in mental health training and spent the last few years developing a youth project in the area. After leaving, we missed her so much, we asked her to join the board! Lauren spent some years working as a professional dancer and teacher, and saw how dance as a tool can positively impact young people in particular, helping them find expression and creativity. Lauren is passionate about others finding their own voice and unique purpose. Most recently Lauren has been working with care leavers and refugees, providing key work on all aspects of wellbeing and helping them towards independent living.
