Hanne's Peanut Butter Cookies!
/All you need for these delicious cookies are only four-ingredients and they taste out of this world!
It is perfect for a mid-week treat or an Iftar snack if you're fasting for Ramadan. The best thing is that they are so easy to make that you could almost do it blindfolded! If you're feeling fancy you can add some blueberries, or if your sweet-tooth is crying out, you can add some chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
100g Peanut Butter
90g Sugar
2tbsp Plain flour
1 pinch of salt
1 Egg
50g Frozen blueberries or Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
1. Turn your oven on 180C
2. Add all the ingredients a bowl and mix until smooth
3. Add the frozen blueberries or chocolate chips if desired
4. Roll the dough into 8 small balls and put them on a baking sheet with baking paper
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes - until the edges are golden
Let them cool
